Oh. Snap. This may be the best Greek salad I've ever had. My kid's got plates - gyros and chicken kabobs and my fiancé got a gyro sandwich. For real - don't come here the next time you're roaming around. LEAVE THE HOUSE N. O. W.

The hunt for local Mediterranean food is a difficult one in the DFW metroplex as there is a sea of them popping up all over the place. But, I am happy to try each and every one especially if their food tastes as good as Tiba Grill. Found in a little strip mall just north of 20 off of Matlock Tiba is a small spot sporting about 10 tables. To the back is a wrap around grill where your food is freshly prepared. The man there today was so sweet and soft spoken and happy to help. I told him that it was my first time there and he recommended their chicken swharma that was by his definition "spicy". However, it was not super spicy, but boasted tons of flavor that popped with the tri color rice, small Greek salad, and hummus. Everything was pipping hot and made my taste buds sizzle. My total for this amazing feast was only $10 with the tip! I plan to come back and try their Baba Ghanoush!

This place is surrounding by other local businesses. When I went in there weren't many people in the store so my food took less than ten minutes to prepare. The place is clean, spacious and inviting. I ordered the chicken schwarma sandwich which came with fries. I had a side of garlic sauce and ketchup which paired well with the sandwich and fries. The employees are friendly and I enjoyed the fresh, flavorful and inexpensive food. I will definitely be back

Tiba is great. They give a 10% discount to all healthcare workers. A total plus! The food here is great. Fresh, tasty. It's a little bit different from other places I have been to. Presentation is different, but the food is so good. I totally cleaned my plate. My only thing is that they didn't have dolmas here. I'm currently obsessed with them and was a little sad that they didn't have any! I had the gyro platter with hummus and salad. Was not disappointed.

If you want to support a local business with exceptional food, a high level of customer service, and great value for your money, Tiba Grill is the place to do it. Had the Greek salad today with beef shawarma and chicken kabob, it was fantastic. While I was eating, I interrupted myself several times to say, "wow...." because the food was so good. Everything I've had on this menu has been an explosion of delicious flavor in my mouth. Getting something "extra spicy" here makes it come out with even more flavor and takes me to flavor heaven every time. Dont miss out on the coffee or hot tea either. These two drinks can often finish bringing together the flavors of the meal or act as a palate cleanser so that you don't get used to the spices or tastes in your food. Another great find for a family owned restaurant!! The outside and inside are not much to look at, but the food and service make up for more than you can ask for. We came at an odd time that was neither lunch or dinner. Didn't expect to find many people here, but surprisingly, there were couple tables being occupied and several to go orders while we were there. It's a sit down and dine restaurant, but you place the order at the counter when you first walk in. The food is cooked and prepared right there behind the counter. I got the beef kabob plate and my other half had the chicken shawarma. You get to pick 2 sides with your entree, which was actually pretty generous portion all together. Both of our dishes were full of flavor, but the chicken shawarma for sure the winner. The owner, who was also the cashier and the cook, was very nice and attentive. He took what little free time he had to come and make sure we were happy with our meal. If you're in the mood for some great Mediterranean food, or just want to support a local owned restaurant, this is it!!

I'm a big mediterranean fan and this place is AMAZING. Super friendly service and super delicious food. Bf and I had the gyro and kafta kabob plate. Everything tasted so fresh and well seasoned. Hummus and baba ghanoush was on point as well. I will definitely come back whenever I'm in the area!

ABSOLUTELY delicious!!!!! Very nice staff. I had the Greek Salad with a side of chicken shawarma....soooooo delicious! I can't eat the dressing that comes with the salad (BTW it is delicious though)....so she made me a mint lemon dressing....ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!! That should be a dressing that is always available! I TRILY appreciate her making it for me. If you have not been here yet, I highly recommend!
